The following instruction is to guide you in setting up Multi-Factor Authentication on your Fonteva account. Upon logging in, you are now greeted with the screen below:
Proceeding will require the download and use of the Microsoft Authenticator app. You will select the second radio button to proceed.
You will then use your device to scan the QR Code shown above. The + icon in your Authenticator app will prompt the options shown below:
NOTE: If you have previously authenticated your profile and need to switch devices, please be sure to remove the respective account from the device authenticator. You may also need to contact AUSA IT so that your connector can be reset.
Use the one time passcode shown to access Fonteva.
